📦 How to Pack Away Your Hire

✅ Step-by-Step Return Instructions:
1. Turn Off All Equipment
Make sure all equipment is switched OFF after use.
Failure to do so damages the battery. A £22 fee applies for each item returned with the power left on.
2. Power Down the Master Controller
Double-check that the Master Controller is switched off.
A replacement battery costs £35 — help save the planet and your wallet! A photo showing the controller switched off is appreciated.
3. If the Equipment is Wet:
Dry it off
Place wet headbands in a plastic bagÂ
4. Replace Old Labels
Remove all old labels
Attach the new labels provided
5. Photograph the Labelled Boxes
Take a clear photo of all boxes showing the new labels.
6. Secure with Cable Ties
Attach a cable tie to every corner
Make sure each tie is clicked and locked
(Do not leave them loose or reversed.)
📸 Send Your Photos
Send your images via WhatsApp or Email, showing:
All boxes
All new labels are clearly visible
Cable ties are securely fastened
This helps protect both you and us during transit.
